Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@wombella.store While we cannot control shipping carriers, we will do our best to help track and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Wombella is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
